Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by our removalist company. These terms and conditions govern your relationship with us and outline the rights and obligations of both parties. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement:

1.1 We agree to provide removalist services as requested by the customer, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1.2 The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the move, including the quantity and nature of items to be moved, any access restrictions, and any additional services required.

2. Quotation and Payment:

2.1 We will provide a written quotation to the customer, detailing the estimated cost of the move based on the information provided by the customer.

2.2 The customer agrees to pay the quoted amount or any additional charges that may arise due to changes in the scope of the move, including additional services requested.

2.3 Payment must be made in full before or upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

3.1 The customer may cancel or reschedule the move by providing us with written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of 2 hours plus the callout fee.

3.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the move due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or equipment failure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and arrange an alternative date or time.

4. Customer's Responsibilities:

4.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary permissions, permits, and access rights for the move, including parking arrangements and building access. If we are required to purchase parking tickets or incur any fines, these charges will be passed on to the customer at the conclusion of the relocation.

4.2 The customer is responsible for packing their belongings securely and adequately, unless they have requested our packing services.

4.3 The customer is responsible for notifying us in advance of any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items that require special handling or insurance coverage.

5. Liability and Insurance:

5.1 While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or breakage that may occur during the move, unless it is due to our negligence.

6. Complaints and Disputes:

6.1 In the event of any complaint or dispute, the customer must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the completion of the move.

6.2 We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve any complaints or disputes in a fair and timely manner.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for those services.

7.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
